Putin: Trade between Russia and Ukraine doubled in first four months

The Russian-Ukrainian trade turnover doubled in the first four months of the year to reach the pre-crisis level, said the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin according to The Voice of Russia. Putin informed about this when he opened his meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Nikolai Azarov in Moscow on Monday.
Putin said that Moscow and Kiev have agreed their own way of operational coordination, which is the first sign of drastic improvement in bilateral relations.
According to Putin, the situation is growing better in many areas, including in the field of defense and energy.
