 FLAIT Group is a network of 5 companies which provide services for international enterprises in Murmansk. The group has over 30 employees under international management. OOO FLAITgroup is the main company of the network and main share holder of the partners:

OOO FLAITgroup is the main company of the network – a service and travel agency specialized on business travels, hotel bookings, tickets, visa support etc. FLAITgroup also organizes transport and courier services, long term car rental for companies and rental of flats and offices. FLAITgroup is operating the Service Centre in the lobby area of Park Inn Poliarnie Zori.
 The company is also a well known organizer of seminars, conferences, exhibition stands and events. FLAITgroup is the publisher of the internet newspapers russland.RU (Norwegian) and Shtokman News (English) and can offer any kind of market communication. The FLAITgroup senior staff also works as consultants within company start-ups, market research and communication.
 FLAITgroup was established in 2001 under the name of OOO FLAIT and is owned and managed by Yurij Zernov and Ulrich Kreuzenbeck (photo above). The main company OOO FLAITgroup has 12 employees and the same number of regular freelancers (interpreters, guides, designers). In addition comes the employees of the daughter companies. The head office is located at Hotel Park Inn Poliarnie Zori in Murmansk (off. 211, 222 and 235).

OOO FLAIT Auto offers transport for individuals and small groups with own cars, vans and minibuses of high standard.
Transfers to and from the airports in Murmansk, Kirkenes and Ivalo as well as to other destinations in the Murmansk-region, Northern Norway and Finland.
FLAIT Auto can also offer rental cars with and without drivers.

 OOO YUKA NORD offers bookkeeping services according to Russian law as well as registration and accreditation of companies in Russia.
The product range includes market research (in co-operation with the other companies in the FLAIT Group), economic advising, legal help and support as well es contact with authorities.

 OOO Norbizz offers language services as interpretation (consecutive and simultaneous) and translation of any kind of texts and documents (approved by a notary if necessary).
Norbizz works also with text writing of any kind of texts and documents.
The company has interpreters and translators for the following languages: Russian, English, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, German, French and Spanish. Norbizz owns its own mobile interpretation system, for simultaneous interpretation with two channels and 100 receivers.

OOO FLAIT Invest is the latest member of the FLAIT Group. The company was established at the end of 2009 in order to buy the old school in the Shtokman - main hub Teriberka and a 9.000 sqm spot around. The building shall be transformed into a modern hotel (Arctic Hotel Teriberca) with 52 rooms, restaurant, conference halls, bar, sauna etc. According to the revised plans the hotel will be opened during of 2012. The work will start after the final Shtokman/decision is made.
The company has plans about other investments and projects in the travel industry as well.
