Shtokman Development delegation arrives from Arkhangelsk to Murmansk for a working visit

On July 21-st delegation of Shtokman Development AG (SDAG) has paid working visit to Murmansk Region. Negotiations have been carried out between Dmitriy Dmitrienko, Governor of Murmansk Region, and Alexey Zagorovskiy, Chief Executive Officer of SDAG. In the course of the negotiations parties discussed issues on cooperation in the frameworks of the Shtokman Phase 1 Project implementation. (Photo: Stroigasconsult camp in Teriberka)
Special attention was paid to the maximum involvement of local manufactures, suppliers and human resources potential. «The Plan of joint working groups activity on the interaction between Murmansk Region Government and Shtokman Development AG for 2010» has been signed.
Dmitriy Dmitrienko stated that this meeting is considered as a specific step in the Shtokman gas condensate field development and the document signed enables parties to take a practical view of the situation.
After Plan signing, a trip was planned to Teriberka area, where the sites for future onshore facilities construction are located. Discussion with Nikolay Maximov, Commander-in-Chief of the Northern Fleet, Vice-Admiral, was scheduled as well.
Earlier this week the Shtokman Development delegation has been visiting the Arkhangelsk Region. In the first week of July SDAG and Murmansk Region have signed a cooperation agreement (for more information see Murmansk&Shtokman News website). (Source: SDAG website)
