There are more than 10 hotels in the city. We ( FLAIT / Murmansk Booking) recommend only three of them - because they have a proper European standard, good international service and security. That does not mean that all other hotels are not acceptable for international visitors. 
The Park Inn Poliarnie Zori is one of the best hotels in Murmansk, with a high standard regarding rooms and services. It has been built in 1973 and completely reconstructed step by step since 1997. “PZ” as the locals call it, is together with Meridian the top choice of foreign visitors and also Russian businessmen visiting Murmansk. The hotel has 264 rooms in different categories – from comfortable standard rooms to a spacious deluxe apartment. With its good security staff Park Inn Poliarnie Zori is a safe place. FLAIT has two service offices at the hotel. Since 2009 is Poliarnie Zori a part of the international Rezidor-group.
The “Business Center Hotel Meridian (mostly known as: “The Meridian”) is located at the so called “Five Corners Square” in the very heart of the city. The closest neighbour is the shopping centre Volna. On the other side of the square you will find the Hotel Arktika, the largest building in the city. The Meridian, which is completely renovated, is recommended by FLAIT.
